What's included in the free 3-month trial?+

Everything — the full product, no credit card required. At the end you pick monthly or annual billing, or your workspace becomes read-only until you do. Nothing is deleted.

Do you charge per employee or per stakeholder?+

No. Pricing is one flat subscription per company. Add a hundred employees — the price doesn't move, and employees never pay to see their own equity.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?+

Only the bill. $720/month, or $7,200/year — annual works out to two months free versus paying monthly.

Can I export my data?+

Yes. A GDPR-compliant data export (one JSON file per table, in a ZIP) is always available, including during read-only mode.

Is there a setup fee?+

No. There are no setup, onboarding, or implementation fees.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — cancel from Settings → Billing in a couple of clicks. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure?+

Yes — tenant isolation via row-level security, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, an enforced audit trail, and SOC 2 in progress.
